It makes us feel funny, like excited but a little bit scared at the same time. Is this the kind of thing she does now? What exactly is going on in this picture? And who are these people?!
It could be Kendall herself there, obviously. She did post the picture, and that looks like a thin white girl with long dark hair on top. It could also be any other thin white girl though. As for the dude, it could be Justin Bieber. Or it could be that weird guy that lives down your street who listens to his music too loud and screams at anyone who goes on his lawn. There is simply no telling.
