The Intellectual Comedian, entertainer and broadcaster Ngwane Hansel was present at the Carlos Annual Arts Festival alongside the Hansel Media Technical Team. He was also spotted with long time friend and colleague Tabi Bechem who also appears to be part of that team.
It was an interesting event. 7hrs well spent!!
